Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the bagee platform and its services. bagee.winBy accessing or using any of our services, you automatically agree to these terms.

Bagee reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified via email or an on-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

• These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between bagee and the user.
• Bagee's decision is final in resolving any dispute.
• The primary version of these Terms & Conditions is in English; in the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.

Providing accurate and truthful information when registering on bagee is mandatory. Creating an account with false information is strictly prohibited and may result in penalties.

• One person, one account: Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all of them being cancelled, and the associated balances may be forfeited.
• Information Update: If your contact details change, please update your account information immediately.
• Account security: Never share your password or login credentials with anyone. You are solely responsible for any unauthorised use of your account.
• Verification: bagee may request identity verification documents at any time.

Bagee's services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.

• At registration or at any time thereafter, bagee may request a national ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate.
• Failure to verify your age may result in your account being temporarily or permanently suspended.
• Parents and guardians must ensure that minors cannot access this platform.

Bagee supports a variety of secure payment methods for deposits. All transactions are SSL-encrypted and fully protected.

• Only use a payment account registered in your own name.
• Payments made through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Bagee may request additional documentation to verify suspicious transactions.

Winnings from bagee can be withdrawn quickly and securely, subject to certain conditions.

• Identity Verification: Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Minimum Amount: The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Same method: Where possible, withdrawals should be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Bonus Terms: If a bonus is attached to your account, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements are fully met.
• Verification Time: Your first withdrawal may take up to 48 hours to process.

Bagee offers a range of exciting bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms that must be followed.

• Wagering requirement: Each bonus requires a specific wagering requirement (x times) to be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Validity Period: Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
• Game restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for use on specific games.
• One bonus at a time: Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed simultaneously.
• Prohibited misuse: Abuse of the bonus system will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

Before placing a bet on bagee, make sure you understand the rules of the relevant game. All betting decisions are final and cannot be changed once confirmed.

• Odds may change at any time; the odds at the time of bet confirmation will apply.
• If any bet is affected by a technical error, bagee reserves the right to void or review that bet.
• Delays may occur in live betting, and any bets accepted on events that have already concluded will be considered void.
• Bets cannot be placed beyond the set limits; each game has its own bet limit.
• Winnings are credited to your account automatically.

Bagee reserves the right to immediately suspend any account and take legal action if the user is found to be involved in any of the activities listed below.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Engaging in collaborative betting or match fixing with others
• Money laundering or use of illegally obtained funds
• Abusing the bonus system
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to bagee's systems

Bagee may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances.

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation
• If identity verification fails
• In cases of suspicious transactions or suspected fraud
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)
• After a prolonged period of inactivity

Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned in accordance with our policies; however, balances may be forfeited if the account is closed due to a rule violation.

• Your data is protected with SSL encryption.
• We do not sell your information to third parties.
• Information may be shared with regulatory authorities when legally required.
• You may request deletion of your personal data at any time.

Bagee believes gaming should be fun, never a problem. That's why we provide the following tools.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily exclude yourself from the platform for a set period.
• Cooldown period: Take a gaming break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Loss Limit: Automatic session termination after reaching a set loss limit.
• Reality Check: Periodic reminders showing how long you have been playing.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of bagee's licensing authority. Any disputes will first be referred to the bagee support team for resolution.

• If our decision is not accepted as final, independent arbitration is available.
• All claims must be submitted within 6 months.
• Bagee is not liable for funds lost due to technical errors, but will make every effort to resolve such issues.
• If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
